    This internet guide was developed by the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in cooperation with the Watershed Management Institute, Inc. Even though it is American, it can be useful for Canadian communities to find ways to pay for stormwater management projects. The site includes an extensive bibliography of stormwater finance materials, published material pertaining to stormwater finance, an manual with financing options, case studies and links to sites about stormwater management.
